Supervision for Institutions

Supervision is a collaborative learning process between the coach and the supervisor, aiming at the development of the "coaching presence" in general.

Husband; creates a system view that enables the client to better see the results/effects of what has been done in this process with the client's system .

ICF recommends coaching supervision as a development process for professional coaches. Supervision is a different process from coaching, and a training process is required to learn and develop these skills.

Supervision is a very important and must-have practice for coaches who coach in-house. Managing the dynamics within the organization ensures quality and thinking together on confidentiality boundaries and ethical issues. We also have group supervision or individual supervision practices for in-house coaches.

ECMA Faculty Leaders have completed individual, group and organizational supervision training programs and are working to expand this service in the coaching world and to develop the profession.
