Supervision is a different process from coaching, and a training process is required to learn and develop these skills.

Supervision is a very important and must-have practice for coaches who coach in-house. Managing the dynamics within the organization ensures quality and thinking together on confidentiality boundaries and ethical issues. We also have group supervision or individual supervision practices for in-house coaches.
