Performance Coaching

One of the most fundamental elements for an organization to be successful is that all employees do their best to achieve the determined goals.

As with managers, ECMA Coach guides the employee with whom he is in a coaching relationship in order to clarify the difference between the Principal Performance and Ideal Performances of the employees, to raise their awareness about themselves and to draw productive results in their sphere of influence.

If requested by the organization or the client, the development areas of the employees are determined with various evaluation center studies and measurements made before the process begins, they are transferred to them with a cause-effect relationship, and the process in which they will progress towards their Ideal Performance begins.
